Unifor Licensed Practical Nurses,

As you may be aware, the NSGEU has been involved in a very lengthy process to address a grievance with regards to a change in scope of practice to the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) classification. This process pre-dates the amalgamation of the Nova Scotia Health Authority (NSHA) and the creation of the Council of Unions. Unifor is watching closely and aware of this evaluation to see if and how it may impact all LPNs represented by unions within the Nursing Bargaining Unit.
